(“Arctic Star” or the “Company”) is pleased announce that it intends to complete a $1,250,000 non flow-through, non-brokered private placement offering consisting of 6,250,000 units at $0.20 with a full warrant (non flow-through) at $0.30 good for 2 years. The proceeds will be used on its diamond exploration programs and for general working capital.
