May 1, 2025 – Vancouver, British Columbia – Arctic Star Exploration Corp. (“Arctic Star” or the
“Company”) announces that, further to its news release dated April 22, 2025, that its annual financial
statements for the year ended December 31, 2024, including the related management discussion and
analysis, and CEO and CFO certifications (collectively, the “Annual Filings”) were not filed as required
under Canadian securities legislation by the required filing deadline of April 30, 2025. The Company has
received a management cease trade order from the applicable Canadian securities regulatory
authorities related to the Company’s securities (the “MCTO”). The MCTO prevents the Chief Executive
Officer and Chief Financial Officer of the Company to trade in securities of the Company.
The MCTO will be in effect until the Annual Filings are filed and requires that the Annual Filings be filed
on or before June 30, 2025.

Lac De Gras kimberlite field that supports 2 multi-billion dollar kimberlite mining complexes. The
