Vancouver, British Columbia – Arctic Star Exploration Corp. (“Arctic Star” or the “Company”) is pleased to announces that it has retained Kaye Wynn Consulting Inc. (“KW Consulting”) to provide investor relations services to the Company. KW Consulting, a British Columbia based company, is a communications specialist helping its clients get their messaging out to the community. KW Consulting will assist Artic Star in communicating with its shareholder base, prospective investors and the investment community as a whole. The principal of KW Consulting is Karen Winrob.
The agreement with KW Consulting is for six month commencing on February 23, 2021. KW Consulting will be paid a fee of $5,000 plus any applicable taxes, payable at the beginning of the contract period. KW Consulting has also been granted 500,000 stock options exercisable for 1 year at a price of $0.07. The agreement with KW Consulting is subject to approval by the TSX Venture Exchange.
